Angle of inclination

The angle of inclination describes the steepness of the roof or the orientation of solar modules. You've probably already noticed that solar panels are often installed at an angle. The inclination of the PV modules influences the yields achieved by the system. Inclinations of 30 to 35 degrees achieve optimal electricity yield. Values of less than 30 degrees or greater than 35 degrees still achieve electricity yields close to the optimum. |
